We are proud to announce that in March 2021 Turbimaq Europe signed a contract for its first steam turbine to be deployed in Italy.
This contract is a milestone for the entire group as it highlights once more the closeness between the technical capabilities of the Brazilian and Italian industry, as well as the Italian and SLovenian production. Following that, we feel strong in our decision of opening Turbimaq Europe in the heart of Europe.
From March 2021 Turbimaq Europe shall work in order to deliver a complete package on the Italian Garda lake, at a renowned Paper Mill, to be deployed in December 2021.
On a Turn-Key basis, Turbimaq Europe shall remove the existing turbo-generator package and shall deliver, istall and put into operation a 4.5 MW back-pressure Steam Turbine (reaction type), complete of reduction gear and a new Generator and a brand new control and monitoring systems, together with a full major overhaul of the existing lube oil system.
