The ME (Multi-Stage) series turbines have been developed for mechanical drives (pumps, compressors, choppers, grinders, fans) and also electric power generators.
The main components of this turbine such as housing, rotor, vane, nozzle plate, diaphragms, straws, labyrinths, bearings and safety system are manufactured based on more than 40 years of experience in manufacturing and maintenance of this type of equipment, with proven successful installation of more than 400 turbines.
The horizontal/two-part housings allow inspection without the need to disassemble the turbine from its base or even from the steam pipes. Two-piece bearings allow inspection without the need to remove the rotor or other parts of the turbine, thereby reducing the partial turbine maintenance time at scheduled or unscheduled shutdowns.
